Relationship: Was married to Patty Halliwell but they devorced.

General
Victor is the father of Prue, Piper and Phoebe. When the sisters where little, he left his wife and family to take care of themselves. The first time that he returned was several years later in 1998, when he tried to steal the Book of shadows because he didn't want the sisters to practice magic. Prue was very angry on him when he came back but Phoebe wanted to contact with him. When Victor finally explained for the sisters why he left, even Prue forgave him.
Almost directly after that, he left again, but he decided to return once again. This time in season 3, where he saved Prue from "The nothing". After saving her, he decided to keep the contact with his daughters.
