Personality
Piper was the middle sister who became the oldest one. Prue's death was really hard on her and she refused to take the role of a big sister. Phoebe supported Piper and did everything she could to make her overcome Prue's tragic death. Finally Phoebe succeeded and Piper started to accept that her beloved sister wasn't there anymore. She had a hard time to accept the new sister Paige in the beginning and she couldn't stand that she was about to take over Prue's place. Piper wanted to give up her powers but Phoebe pushed her to continue for Prue.
Piper is very mutual and she easily panic. One good thing though, Piper always thinks first when it comes to vanquishing demons.
Work
Piper first worked at a restaurant called The Quake but she quit when she decided that she wanted to have her own place. In season 2, Piper fulfilled her dream and opened a nightclub called P3 and took a loan. The guy who was going to give her a loan got beaten down by a demon so he decided to cancel the offer. To help her fulfill her dream, Prue and Phoebe gave her a check of 60 000$ and she could finally open the club. The name P3 stands for "the power of three" but also for "Prue, Piper and Phoebe".
Love
Piper dated a guys named Leo in the beginning but then a new guy named Dan moved in next to the sisters house. Dan started to get feelings for Piper and he got very envious that she was dating Leo. He started to do some research and found out that Leo wasn't the guy he told everyone to be. Dan didn't know that Leo was a whitelighter so he told Piper to be careful. Finally Piper gave up Dan and started to date Leo for real. They even got married in season 3.
Powers
Temporal Stasis: Piper can freeze the time by making a movement with her hands.
Particle Manipulation: Piper's power developed and in season 3 she could also blow things up by doing the same way she freezes people.
