Penelope, aka Penny, never wanted the three sisters to have their powers so she bond them. The sisters often called her Grams but Penny never cared what people called her. Penny was married to a guy named Jack and together they got a daughter named Patricia (Patty). After the sisters mother died, Penny took care of Piper and Phoebe but it was always Prue who made the hard job. Soon Penny got really sick but she didn't want the sisters to know it, but sooner or later they found out. She died when she fell down the stairs from the attic.

Telekinesis: Penny had the power to move things with her mind, just like Prue.
